After going to a few places, we stopped by here to check the vehicles . The vehicle that we were looking at, was not on the lot, but they brought it down from their other location the same day. This was exactly the vehicle that I was wanting, and Charlie, the manager, helped us out when we needed it the most. TJ, the salesman, was very polite, considerate, and understanding of our situation and both of them worked with us to get me into my dream vehicle.

Desmond was my sales person at Speedway Auto Sales and he was Awesome from beginning to end. He walked me through the process and answered any questions that I had. He really worked hard to make sure that I got the car that I wanted.

When I tell you I'm not a car person, I mean it. I came in with three basic requirements. They were that the car was safe, good on gas, and monthly payments were around what I could afford. I did not care about the color or any of the bells and whistles and the only slight preference I had was for cloth seats instead of leather. While the first associate understood the general idea of something so specific, it took TJ's knowledge and understanding of not only the situation but treated me like a person who isn't inept. He was transparent and honest and for somebody who does not trust, I was willing to move forward all the way to purchase. I highly commend TJ's efforts and work ethic really makes this dealership a special spot where you don't feel or see that you're getting swindled. Hats off to TJ!
